Installation & Design Services
Skyquest
can supply brackets to enable airborne surveillance
equipment to be fitted to a wide range of aircraftwithout
the need for modifying the airframe. We are
able to offer existing and approved brackets
to carry a range of gyrostabilised cameras
from the world’s leading suppliers such
as FLIR Systems, Wescam, Irenco, Cumulus and
BAE Systems ranging from simple bolt on units
through to more complex lowering systems that
lower the camera through a hole in the floor
of the aircraft during flight. We also offer
operator workstations and video display pedestals
to enable equipment to be fitted quickly and
easily.
We
also supply internal operator consoles designed
to carry various role equipment including video
recorders, LCD and CRT FLIR displays and moving
map systems.
If
we do not have a standard unit to meet your
requirements, we can get a design approved and
manufactured within tight timescales and can
offer licenced engineers to carry out installation
work either here in the UK or world-wide.
Our
mechanical design is carried out under JAR21
approval and we can supply equipment with European
STC's or JAR Form 1 where required.

Aircraft
Camera Mounts & Operator Work Consoles
Skyquest can supply a range of aircraft camera
brackets and operator consoles from standard
designs. These 'off the shelf' products are
designed to fit aircraft without any special
installation or adaptation - they rely on existing
